Welcome to Pancake Flats, a charming residential community nestled in the heart of Liberal, KS. Our property offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience with our newly remodeled studio and one-bedroom apartments. 

One of the standout features of Pancake Flats is our on-site laundry room, a convenience that our tenants greatly appreciate. Additionally, we offer an all-inclusive utilities package, taking the stress out of monthly bill management. 

Our location is another major draw. We are situated near a variety of food places, perfect for those nights when you don't feel like cooking. For outdoor enthusiasts, Mary Frame Park is just a stone's throw away, offering a great spot for leisurely walks or picnics. 

At Pancake Flats, we understand that pets are part of the family. That's why we have a generous pet policy, allowing two pets per apartment with no weight limit. We do have breed restrictions and require a $25 monthly pet rent per pet, along with a $250 pet fee due at move-in.
